2.1 To use our services, content creators must register and provide accurate information. A minimum of 500 subscribers is required for registration, and each profile will undergo a validation process.

2.2 Sponsors must also register and provide accurate information about their company.

Tokens and Refund Policy for FindSponso.com

1. Tokens

FindSponso tokens are prepaid credits used to unlock creator profiles. 1,000 tokens cost EUR 100. Token packs are available at EUR 100 for 1,000 tokens, EUR 250 for 3,500 tokens and EUR 500 for 7,500 tokens. USD prices are converted at EUR 1 = USD 1.15. Unlocking a creator costs 100, 250 or 500 tokens, depending on the creator's total audience. The applicable price is displayed before you confirm the unlock.

2. No Refunds

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes unused tokens, partially used balances and tokens already spent to unlock a creator. Unlocking a creator is immediate, permanent and consumes the tokens immediately.

3. Unlocks

Unlocking a creator gives you access to their full username, social links and private FindSponso inbox. It does not guarantee a reply, a collaboration or any specific commercial result. A creator may decline or may not respond.

4. Exceptional Cases

We may review a request where a charge was duplicated, fraudulent or made in error, or where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact sub@findsponso.com with your order details. Any approval is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation for future requests.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and remaining tokens.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website.
